Growing together
Would you like to:
•Heal (holistically) and grow
•Embody your authenticity
•Experience relaxation and safety within yourself
•Connect with your inner teacher
•Feel more present, alive, and connected
•Build a personal practice
•Work with someone to support your own intentions
You are warmly welcome here.
How? ──────
Together, we’ll work with various practices centered on your unique intentions. Through mindful awareness, we’ll explore patterns of resistance, learn tools to work with them, and look at the deeper roots of any barriers holding you back from your goals.
Each session is designed to be:
empowering ⊹ educational ⊹ adaptable ⊹ trauma-informed
Grounded in the belief that no one needs to be “fixed” or advised, this space supports your natural process of healing. I’m here to help you integrate new insights into your daily life so that they become part of who you are.
What might a dream session look like for you?
Choose a single style or blend a mix of:
•Yin-based practice: Yin yoga, slow, mindful movements
•Yang-based practice: Vinyasa/flow yoga, active movements
•Dance healing: movement and flowing expression, moving together
•Education
•Integration (journaling, art, homework, real-life application)
•Support in creating your own practice
•Coaching
•Other (let’s discuss what’s possible!)
Every lesson/series starts with a free online ‘meet&match’. In this meeting I learn about your wishes, intentions and situation. You get to know me and get to feel if I am the right teacher for you. Are we feeling a yes? Then we look at a suitable form and planning.

What you’ll need for your practice is unique to you. Here’s a guide to get you started for home sessions:
Essentials:
•Comfortable clothing
•A quiet, spacious area where you won’t be disturbed
•An empty stomach, or at least avoid eating right before
•A journal (plus any art or writing materials for reflection, if relevant)
For Yang-Based Practice:
•Yoga mat
•1–2 blocks (especially helpful if sitting on the floor isn’t comfortable for your knees)
•A blanket for relaxation after practice if desirable.
For Yin-Based Practice:
In Yin practice, the focus is on release and support. Props help provide comfort and encourage deep relaxation. The exact number of props can depend on your flexibility and personal needs, but here’s what I suggest:
•Thick yoga mat for extra cushioning
•Warm layers of clothing (!)
•2+ yoga blocks
•Thick bolster
•Flat bolster or a flat pillow
•Blanket(s)
Pillows (s)
Contraindications may include:
- Pregnancy – I am not certified to guide pregnant people.
- Physical diagnoses and conditions – if you have been diagnosed or are experiencing any health conditions, please let me know before a session. You may need to contact your GP or healthcare professional for approval. I always ask you to inform me well in advance of a session of your condition or complaints, even if they change. In sporadic cases I may have to decline a request for a session.
- Mental problems and diagnoses – if you have been diagnosed or are experiencing mental problems, I always ask you to report them to me first. This way I can see whether it is wise to enter into a process with you, and if so, which one is appropriate and safe. If there is any doubt, from me or yourself, it is wise to first discuss this with your therapist or other healthcare professional.
In case of coping mechanisms that lead to self-harm in a way, I only offer sessions if you have further professional help. I cannot provide sufficient support to ensure your well-being and safety between sessions.
* Your physical and mental health are your own responsibility at all times.
